     These transmitters are available in surface mount packages (1206 or 3216 format) and through-hole versions with cans ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm in diameter. Available in clear, clear and blue lenses. The maximum output power reaches 150mW, and the emission angle of the new infrared led can be from 20 degrees to 160 degrees. A wide range of different input voltages (up to 4V) are supported.

      The PIN photodiode shows high photosensitivity, and the dark current noise is only 5nA and 10nA. They also have a maximum reverse voltage level of 32V. Due to fast response times (as low as 6ns), these devices can be combined with infrared leds (spectral matching) to produce optical detection systems for applications requiring high-frequency operation. Choice of surface mounting and through-hole devices is available. Provides flat and convex lens options, plus optical filtering.

     Its peak wavelength is 940nm, and the maximum collector-emitter voltage of the phototransistor now in storage is 30V. A variety of packaging options are available - through hole and surface mount.
