Diode Corporation offers a range of bidirectional current monitors based on a highly stable zero-drift architecture.the new current sensor has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and exhibits minimal gain error over this range. The A and B versions have a maximum temperature gain error of ±1%, while the C version has a maximum temperature gain error of ±0.8%. Their offset voltage ratings are ±150µV for the A version, ±100µV for the B version, and ultra-low ±80µV for the C version with the highest accuracy. All variants can be powered from a 2.7V to 26V supply, providing greater application flexibility. Maximum supply current is only 100µA

The diode ZXCT199 series of current monitoring devices consists of six different variants, each featuring a high precision precision chopper stabilized op amp. Their low bias voltage enables current sensing down to a maximum of 10mV full scale through the shunt. This allows high currents to be measured through inexpensive, low value shunt resistor components.

This series is a voltage output device that provides three fixed voltage gain options of 50V/V, 100V/V and 200V/V. These devices measure voltage across shunts with common-mode voltages ranging from -0.1V to 26V, independent of supply voltage. These devices can accurately measure very low induced voltages over a wide range of common-mode voltages. Key applications include servers, power racks in server farms, laptops, battery chargers, industrial servers, and robotic systems.
