The MIC5245 is an efficient, precise CMOS voltage regulator optimized for ultra-low noise applications. The MIC5245 provides an initial accuracy of better than 1%, extremely low step-down (typically 150mV at 150mA), and a constant overload ground current (typically 100µA).
Typical application
The MIC5245 provides a very low noise output and is ideal for RF applications that require a quiet voltage source. Noise bypass pins can also be used to further reduce output noise.
