Powell Electronics offers ModICE modular connector housing with Cinch Connectivity Solutions for SHS harness connectors. The connector housing series provides sealed packaging solutions for rugged electronic control modules.
The line of devices is a series of tightly sealed I/O connectors for electronic control modules that can operate in harsh environmental conditions and are commonly used in commercial and off-road vehicles and industrial equipment. The ModICE connector housing uses Cinch 1.5mm SHS system as the basic interconnect technology.
Connector housing is available in three different sizes (ME, SE, LE) and four different connector configurations: 18, 30, 48, and 60 I/O. The product can withstand most industrial fluids and has a seal rating of IP67 and IP69K, maintaining a seal even when the harness connector is unplugged.
Other technical details include a current capacity of 10A at 85 ° C and a contact resistance of < 10mOhm, insulation resistance is gt; 1000MOhm and operating temperature range from -40℃ to +125℃. Provide ME head with integrated RF port, head with integrated ferrite filter and blank head, and housing with integrated radiator and vent box (vent).
