ROHM ML620 CMOS MCU is a high-performance microcontroller with the original 16-bit RISC U16 core from LAPIS Semiconductor. Integrated rich peripheral circuits such as 10-bit A / D converter, timer, PWM, synchronous serial port, UART and I2C bus interface. MCU U16 core is compatible with U8 core instructions. The three-stage pipeline architecture allows parallel processing, so that only one instruction per clock cycle is needed to execute instructions efficiently.
