STMicroelectronics' TSB582 is a unity-gain stable dual operational amplifier with high voltage and high current capability, with internal protection against thermal and current overload conditions, and enhanced ESD and RF noise immunity. Wide supply voltage 4 V to 36 V, typically outputting up to 200 mA per channel to drive low resistance inductive loads such as angle resolvers, line output cables and piezoelectric actuators.
The TSB582's two high-current output amplifiers have the advantage of driving loads directly in bridge mode, or allowing double the output current sink/source when paralleled. The TSB582 is available in two space saving packages, SO8 with exposed pad and DFN8 with wettable flanks and exposed pad; both are available for automotive applications over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range .
